I am posting a part of a conversation that occurred while I was not in the room. As it turns out word limits prevent me from posting it all at once -- sorry. I've made some small adjustments to make it more easily readable - (the word "to" was added, and of course colons and quotation marks are mine. My opinions are enclosed in { }.
