During a recent holiday in Germany I was able to be nude in public for the 1st time in the Tiergarten in Berlin & Englischer Garten in Munich amongst an eclectic mix of people of all ages, not everyone nude. Everyone easily visible from the nearby public walkways. Why is this considered indecent exposure in the UK, except on beaches & on private land ?
