Swim nude in winter

Summer is fine fior swimming nude in hte sea in certain quiet places. But when winter arives there is no where to swim nude indoors unless one is fortunate enough to have their own pool, or friends with one. I had asked a couple of local hotels and they do not cater for nudists. There was a place in St Julians called O Sauna  that permitted nude sauna and plunge pool, but my enquiries  got me nowhere. Its a pity as I would enjoy a nude dip alone or with others.
