I managed to get my 2500 word paper in to my Models of Critical Inquiry professor on time, despite running a 102 degree fever and sneezing-hacking-wheezing my way through the weekend....and then the same day (Halloween) I was the video-grapher for my friend's wedding...a small affair (12 in attendance, with much silliness), which included a vampire flower girl and a zombie ring-bearer, and both the bride and groom being escorted to the altar with swords pointed at their backs. I was glad I had the camera going when the minister opened with "Dearly Beloved...and y'all who came for free cupcakes...." and the bride's "father" asked the groom for a receipt and said "No deposit, No return, dude!"....
Now I am working on a discussion post on gender and culture, and formulating two different final projects. I also have to go to Rochester NY on Saturday for an all-day Writing Workshop, before rushing back to do a closing shift at the store...
