Xmas Dinner

I`m planning on going all out for x-mas, but for dinner. I believe gifts are for kids and adults will remember the dinner, just I`m lost on what to make....I don`t want to the ham or turkey, I want different plates, Please give me some ideas. Thanx in advance.
