Orr vs Sierraville: I do like Orr because it is close to home, and has a nice setting. The hot pools are a bit small, there is always limited reservations, no place to buy food on site, and no cell or wifi. Sierraville always has room for day use, and they do not run out of camping space. You can pitch your tent anywhere on the property. There is cell and wifi for a weekday escape while still working and they have a nice cafe on site on the weekends, so you do not have to bring food.
