Costumes are painted on, but there's no regulation on how much coverage is necessary. This year the riders are scheduled to enter the parade route AFTER the Solstice Parade, and the FAC has requested no looping by the bike riders, but there might be an extended ride after that, and it's always great to spend the rest of the afternoon walk around completely nude in Gas Works Park!
