Up early. Enjoying espresso nekkid on deck with the bright red cardinals and other early birds. Solstice so close. So much daylight for nude gardening. I've run marathons. Triathlons. But don't recall experiencing the depth of yesterday's joyous exhaustion. 5 k nude run, then planting trees even in full heat of day. Infinite naked energy. But!!! At 7 pm, the muscles said enough. Could barely get back to cabin. Had naked meal quick on deck, one nude beer, and was gone. Let's do it again!! Namaste!
