Body enjoys morning sun and coffee...have slightly private back deck where I can sit with a book in the morning and get some sun on me. Feel the energy run through me. There is a 2nd time later in the day when it is bright and clear in the back. Often do it again. may build the sides up for more privacy or add full fence for yard.
