I started exercising regularly in the army many years ago and have never stopped. I was an competitive runner for years and ran distances from the 1500 to the marathon. My training regimen today includes resistance training, running, biking, and yoga. I enjoy embracing other cultures through travel. A bicycle trip around Cuba was an amazing experience. Now that I am mostly retired ,I hope to visit other nudist resorts throughout the country.
