I absolutely agree with this short article https://www.gold.ac.uk/news/naked-and-unashamed/ but (as this Goldsmith’s study indicates) it would be better if inclusive of women and white/brown/black skinned people under represented in the initial findings. From my (white male) experience, naturism transformed me from a person with real hang-ups about my body, as well as general anxiety, to a person who doesn’t care what others think; who sees character and the way I feel mentally as more important.
