I thank & praise Jesus that He keeps me in excellent health, but my ‘shape’ needs a bit of attention. (I’m too fat/ under-toned.) I used-to cycle 1km, walk/jog/run with a pony-sized dog for 2.5km, then cycle home, every morning (at 2 or 3 or 4AM, usually). I was late, the other day, and it was light by the time we got back. He was like MY dog because I’d walk him (NO! He’d take me for a RUN) EVERY morning, but he is dead, now. I took him over to the vet to be euthanized.
