Grand rising everyone! Just want to let you know that today is World Meditation Day! So take 5 minutes to yourself. Maybe thats sitting in silence and stillness for a moment to listen in to your body. Perhaps its really showing gratitude and exploring what ALL went into the meal in front of you. Possibly its just thinking of those struggling and just sending out love to those places or people.. Whatever it is, just take it for yourself. Peace y'all and chat later!
