I saw a post about the realities of nudism that there are people of all body shapes which is true. Though I'm not shaming anyone the majority of nudists I know are overweight as well as when you ask textiles what they think of nudism they say older overweight people. Is there a difference between accepting all body shapes and not staying healthy? I personally accept all body types but I understand that I need to constantly be improving myself because eventually the heavier we get the faster we die.
