50 and need to know the process

I'm a 50 year old male... and never been cut. I would like to know the process.. IE: are you out cold as they do it???? is there any pain as their do it or after????  do they stitch it???? and how long before you can use it for sex???

8 or 9 days ago while having fun. I must have got some oil in the end, I should have know better, As it always swells for about 3 days if anything gets inside... This time it swelled so much it got about 6 tiny splits around the end...  so painfull...

can anyone help me with advice????

    It sounds like you have the same condition that eventually brought me to getting circumcised... I had an excellent experience, I had to be put under. In my experience I had very little pain but did experience some discomfort for the first few days. I was given heavy medication for any possible pain which I never needed to take. When the forskin was removed I was stitched all around the penis... I was ready for sex about 2 weeks later.... BTW - Love my new nudist penis...  and feel free to ask anymore questions...
