All guys?

Hey folks, never had a three way although I imagine I would quite like to.  I'm just curious, is the point of this group to help make these happen?  All I see in the group is guys, so has this worked for anyone?  Either way, I guess I'm still fine being a part of it, but just curious to know what I should expect.
