Have you ever gotten "caught" naked in your backyard by an unsuspecting friend or guest stopping by the house?

What do you think she thought of the nudist lifestyle? You said she was ok with it now, but do you think she might have questions about trying it herself?

After the intial awkward nervousness and the snickering/giggling of the situation, they're alright with it, as long as I respect their boundries. I have the one neighbor that puts a red towel on the clothes line to let me know when they'll be having company so I'll be careful.I've let them know if they're interested in trying nudism, I'd take them to the nearby resort.ReactReply

Feb 1, 2009My back yord can be seen by my neighbor to the left of me, his living room and upstairs bath heve a some what clear view over my yard,

This is my wifes and my experience. We lived in Las Vegas (sin city) we both worked a swing shift, got off at 2:00am. We were installing a paver patio in our backyard, and we happen to be nude enjoying the sun. (Las Vegas temps in the summer range between 112 and 122...a litt hot. We had just installed some privacy lattice on the corner of our yard that faced their house that was two story. The very day we installed the lattice, we heard a knock at our front door, and when we answered it, it was the police. They had gotten a complaint, about us being naked in our yard. We explained to the police officer that yes we had been working in the backyard in the nude, and even took him in the back to show him the lattice. He told us that we had every right to be nude in OUR OWN backyard, but the people with the second story house, with the balcony had complained and they had children. No charges were pressed, and nothing was done about it. Personally, the wife and I agree, that that guy's wife must have caught him watching my wife in the nude, and got mad at him. Of course, to save his own butt, he had to file a complaint.

Feb 13, 2009I have probably been seen numberous time by a neighbor to the left and one to the rear as I go out one of the two back doors, the lady at the rear is a nurse so she has probably seen hundred of folks nude, when I go out sometimes she is gardening in her backyard and I don't see her in time. The lady to the left can see me as I open the other door but oncei'm on the porch my scrubs and privacy fence block the view, unfortantely my house sits higher then theirs, considering a privacy fence or maybe some bamboo.

We have a hot tubing our back yard and have always extended an open invitation our neighbors to grab some beer and jump in when they see the wife and I are in the tub. One night about 1 in the morning, my wife and I are naked soaking in the hot tub. (Our back yard back's up to 3 other back yards and is a straight shoot from anyone's windows to see into our tub). The jets are running and the light are turned low and all of a sudden, her comes running across the yards is one of our neighbors in their bating suites, a cooler (full of beer) and into the hot tub they jumped. Non of our neighbors know that we are nudist. I took them a minuet or so to notice that my wife and I don't have a bating suite on.... It was kind of an odd moment. Pam (our neighbor lady) spoke up and said "Well. I guess we should take off our suites too". And so they did.
So all 4 of us are having a good time, drinking beer, and hanging out naked in the tub, when another of our neighbor ladies comes walking around the corner of our house in her bating suite. The look on her face was priceless when she stopped dead in her tracks about 5 feet from the hot tub when she noticed that we were all naked. We said that if she wanted to jump in she would have to get naked. It toke her a minuet but she did.

I have been caught numerous times in various houses where I have lived. It's funny, two separate times, two different neighbors showed up on their roofs while I was nude in my back yard. The one never said anything, the other one just laughed it off. This same neighbor can see into my yard from a couple places from his second story, but I don't think he cares. I have now seen him twice on his balcony after hot tubbing nude as well, so maybe I'm having a positive affect on him!

Mar 20, 2009Caught today. First, I'm out in the country, second, only one neighbor can see the house and he doesn't care.
I was kneeling down putting a plastic table together outside by the corner of the garage naked.
Here comes a pickup up the driveway - meter reader - a woman got out! I said 'sorry about no clothes on'. She said 'no problem'.
I casually got up and went in the garage and put on a shirt. I came back out and I told her I was worried the water
meter had another problem.
She said nope, just electric meter reading, and drove off. She never looked at me.ReactReply - I2
May 23, 2009I have.... I have to say it was more of a shock for the man reading the meter then for I who is a nudist.... lol But, I always keep a shirt or robe in the yard just in case.... I wonder what he said about the day he had afterwards... lol
I have friends that are not nudists and some of my siblings perfer not to see me naked so everyone knows if they don't want to see they need to honk before coming around back. I do want everyone to be comfortable when they come over...ReactReply - MEMemberJan 10, 2011
I have been caught many times over the years. Mostly by meter readers or delivery guys and the odd neighbour. I live in the country with no neighbours close at all so you would think I would never get caught but not so. The first time was by a parcel deliver guy. He would deliver about once a week so I got to know him and his schedule so I new not to be naked when he would be there. Well this day I was doing some gardening in my back yard but it was windy and I didn't hear the truck pull up. I was walking to the side yard to get the water hose and when I turned the corner we practically ran into each other. He turned beet red as did I but I continued just as with any meeting with him in the past, besides it wasn't his day lol. Told him I was a nudist and hoped he didn't mind. He side not at all with a smile and that he wished he and his wife had the location and the bravery to do the same. I never dressed for him after that.
Another person who I get caught by is the farmer neighbour who works the farm behind my house. First time he was out pulling some weeds in the field by the edge of my yard. He had parked at the field entrance down the road and was working his way across the field and was now directly behind my house. I didn't know he was there or look for anyone for that matter and walked out nof my house go lay in the sun. We saw each other at the same time and said hello. I figured I was caught anyway so I walked over to him to have a chat like I have done many times before. He asked me if I was just sunning or if I was a nudist. |Told him nudist and asked if he minded. He laughed a big laugh and said not at all and from no on he would mind if he was to see me dressed. We had a good laugh invited him to a chair under the tree since it was so hot and offered him a lemonade. We sat for acouple of hours and talked like we always had. As he was leaving I jokingly told him the next time he was going to be in his field I expected him to be naked. He looked back at me and smiled "we''l see". He then took his tee shirt off and walked back to the field. He turned around and caught me looking at him so he mooned me and headed back to his truck.

I got caught today. I was working on the pool filter and the gate was open. My neighbor across thr street who take care of the house when I'm not here, walked theu the gate. I am always nude when here. I am hard of hearing and didn't have my hearing ais in. Oh well I guess i won't have to hide from him anymore. Lol

I told a lady friend of mine that I like to have my morning coffee on my patio in the backyard, she said she would like to come over and I said ok, just call first as I sit out there naked. But I didn't tell her that.So I am out there one morning naked, enjoying my coffee and I hear someone coming up the back stairs. And she sees me and says oh my you are naked, and I said yes, let me get some shorts on. She says don't bother, I'll get naked too. And she did.! We had a pleasant morning with coffee and just talking.found out she is quite the nudist.

Aug 17, 2020The last time was about a month ago. I had de-thatched the back yard and was cleaning up the piles. When I heard a loud voice "Jesus Christ Gordy put some cloths on ;-) A neighbor needed to see if I could repair a manure spreader, luckily he had power washed it ;-)

I put on my version of short shorts and went to talk to him, even with the shorts on he had trouble looking at me even to make eye contact. So yes he is up tight about it, even after I told him it didn't bother me to be seen naked. And he suggested we swap phone #'s so he could call first and not have to see it again ;-) We did, but I told when naked there is no comfortable place to carry a phone ;-)ReactReply

Yes, caught by my father in law once sitting out the back naked, having a coffee & reading the Saturday paper. He walked out said, now I've seen everything, to which I replied indeed he had, he then grabbed a chair & sat down for a chat. Another Saturday I was sitting naked with my wife, having a drink late in the day and a neighbour friend of hers dropped over and walked around the back, my wife intercepted her before she quite got around the corner so I put on some speedo's I had close by. If we are naked in our yards we are probably going to get caught but I don't care.

I got caught by the pool guy today. I was having breakfast nude in the house but about 2 feet from the back door. The inner door was open so there was only a screen. He knocked and started asking a question. I threw the towel I was sitting on around my waist before I got up, so I don't think he saw much.

I am not allowed to be seen, under directive from my wife. As of January this year I've been a home worker, so as soon as the weather was half decent I worked from my garden, with my laptop hidden from the sun by the summer house, or cardboard panels. The excellent, long summer that we've had has meant I've spent mid-March to mid September in the garden, about 180 days. In order to go between the bottom of the garden and the house I've had to wear shorts which means over 1000 times I've put them on and took them off again, which has been a real bind, but it worked and I haven't been seen naked by anyone. Until the very last day when we were packing up the summer house for the winter. I had a pile of things in my hands ready to take into the house. I put them on the picnic table which is visible to next door. As I put the things down I heard next door's car door slam shut. I looked round and he had a face like thunder and just looked at me. I just smiled and went back out of site. All those times with the shorts and I was caught 5 minutes before the end. Never mind, I won't let it change anythingReactReply
