Chocolate milk

Is it the chocolate or the milk?

I can't stand milk without the chocolate. But I can take the chocolate without the milk as long as there is something to sweeten it. I'm told that the health benefits of chocolate disappear when combined with milk. So while I like drinking it as much as anyone else, I'm conscious that I should do so in moderation.

How about you?

    Here in the new Jersey area, we have Farmland creamy Chocolate Skim, which actually tastes good, and being skim, it doesn't have the fat to worry about.
