Jan 24, 2011I love yoga and especially like to practice yoga in the nude. My preference is on a quiet beach in the morning while the sun is rising or on the balcony of my flat. I will normally go through the exercis in 30 minutes with breathing following it.

yes i agree its very nice to do yoga in the nude but i like it in my room. bit shy to do it outdoors.

Feeling air on your skin all over the body as you move heightens body awareness IMO.RéagirRépondre
