Jan 31, 2015I used to have an inversion bar and boots but now I have an inversion table. I've been doing inversion exercises and stretching for thirty or so years. It's great.

Feb 4, 2015Mine is the kind that allows you to hang freely as well as be supported by the table in the inverted position.

liv3nud3Original PosterFeb 7, 2015How versatile is that inversion table? Are you able to do any strengthening exercises or do you just hang? It seems it would be hard on a table to do many of the things that I do for building core strength, but I haven't ever done anything but hanging vertically from a bar.
