I am really glad knowing that there are nudist people practicing yoge (nude yoga). I believe that the benefits are of great importance for our existence, for our physical and mental helth.

Sep 8, 2024yeah it is amazing and great that it is increasing all the time in popularity. I travel the world and almost always find a naked yoga class in all cities now.
