I would like to keep this thread going and update it regularly. The idea here, is as a reference. Texas is a big state and it might be helpful to have a thread that tells what is going on at any particular beach or resort. I'll do Riverside Ranch as an example.

This is a good place to go. They have a pool, large heated hot tub, and a volley ball court. www.lonestarresort.com

Star Ranch, just southeast of Austin is a good place to go. Wife and I are heading there both for the Memorial Day weekend and the AANR convention is June.
