Does genital piecing effect how you do anything, for men or women, from sitting, walking, runing or play? For me I enjoy it all.

I have a 7 bar frenum piercing and don't ever take them out for anything. one fell out and i had to wait a number of months to get it redone. thinking of adding either a PA or dyodes now.
