Room for rent in Denver, Cap Hill / Cheesman

Hello :) I have a room for rent in a 2bd 2ba high rise condo on Cheesman Park in Denver. $650/mo plus 1/2 utilities (approx $40). I'm a 30 yr old gay male and would be most comfortable with another male nudist. Available 2nd week of August, but I'd rather find the right person rather than just fill the room, so I'm flexible on availability. Please email dnno@me.com.
