Just wondering if any other guys here also cut the lining out of the swim trunks so the shape of their glans shows through. I cut mine out so I know anyone who looks at my bulge will instantly know I've been circumcised! big turn on! anyone else?

That was one of the most insane things I've ever heard! Here in Sweden - and even more in our neighbour country Finland, one of the bastions of sauna culture - swimwear are prohibited in the sauna, since it's considered very unhygienic. The only thing you should bring into the sauna is a towel to sit on - wrapping it around your private parts is an option, but your own choice.Tell this to the staff of your local sauna! :-)ReactReply - LO

Jan 25, 2015Bought a white unlined pouch enhancing suit with mesh sides and discovered there are very few places I can wear it because of the very prominent outline of my head. Reading this thread tho makes me wonder if I should just develop more confidence (or crust, depends on ones point of view). Aactually I hardly ever need to wear it anyway. Almost always skinnydip.

Apr 1, 2015Since I can't legally walk around nude at the marina where I keep my boat at I always wear a speedo. Speedos aren't common here, I definitely get some looks but I don't care anymore. Their is a married older couple whose boat is across from mine and the guy always makes a point to come over and chat with me. Until this thread, never thought about the noticeability of being cut with speedos or thongs (back in the day). My wife says the speedo is nearly as revealing as being naked. In order for full disclosure, I just now put on my medium blue speedo to see if my circumcision was apparent, and it is. It's pretty clear that I'm circumcised and that my cock is roaming free in the shorts. Most guys are modest at the gym, but I've noticed some are wearing more revealing shorts nowadays -- perhaps encouraged by my example.

I always wore a speedo because it gave me great movement in the water. I prefer swimming naked and since my club's pool is open year round, I do so. We have a pool in our local development that has a very puritanical code for swimming attire. Prohibits tight fitting suits for men, so speedos and square cuts are out. It seems that the accepted attire for men are the suits that come to your knees. What a system. Have never used the pool nor will I as long as those rules remain in effect.ReactReply

Nov 22, 2022It's pretty obvious that I'm circumcised when I wear my Speedos, even tho my cock is pretty small once the suit is wet you can see pretty clearly. I wear brief style Speedos and the tight square cut short style ones, I often find the view of my helmet more pronounced in the short type ones as they hold my cock flatter to my body. I've tried cutting the lining out of some of my swimwear over the years, it does make things a lot more obvious! A little too obvious for a public pool tho!

Dec 11, 2022I suspect I'm fairly obvious in most of my swimwear but always figured that once one's wearing something that brief, the extra detail is just that - a detail. I don't think that fact alone has been an influence on my selection for the day.
Usually my choice is around how brief I should go for a given location and time and the briefer options tend to show more in every way, but even my lined suits give the game away. The ones that are sheer once wet emphasise the fact further due to the different shades between where the skin is pressed against the fabric and where not. If I choose to wear a glans ring, that also helps with the definition without the ring itself being obvious.
I've no idea of whether anyone ever notices, and if they he have, I have not received any specific feedback. I just like to wear as little as I feel comfortable getting away with and enjoying my time.

Dec 11, 2022Don't wear Speedos any more as I get older but when I have to wear something it tends to be swim shorts. I do however cut the liner out as it's so uncomfortable. Of course that means they cling when wet and are quite revealing.

Yes totally agree about the cycling shorts, the ones with pads are not so bad but I have some unpadded pairs which leave nothing to the imagination especially when wet.
This ties in with Steve's comment, at that point you are making a choice to share the size and shape of your genitals with anyone who cares to look, which in itself I think is a bigger thing than your circumcision status. I find I'm less conscious of it in the pool as that's an environment where people expect to see that sort of thing but stepping into a crowded pub on a Sunday afternoon mid bike ride with everything (which in my case isnt much) on display is a different matter!
As Steve says, it's about dressing for the occasion and being comfortable in what you choose.

The other variable is whether the fabric has a print or not. A detailed print goes a long way to disguise the contours, even for the thinnest fabrics. One of my Skinzwear tangas in their thinnest fabric is quite sheer in the white portions when wet and the contours definitely are there, but the pattern disguises against all but the closest inspection.

Being circumcised the glans is pretty obvious even in speedos with lining. I tend to wear lined ones when doing laps at my local pool. Occasionally wear some with the lining cut out, generally mostly black ones, they are a little more discrete. I tend to wear those at the beach with my partner, she seems to think they are OK.
