Anyone remember Health & Efficiency Magazine, was my bedroom staple lol. Shame they air brushed out the pubic hair as these girls look fabulous.

Health & Efficiency, seems like a funny name for a nudist mag, here in Oz I think it was Sun & Health which seems logical to me. There was also Tan but I think these have all gone now in the digital age. Some great old images, its a history of nudity via photo's in a sense.

Made me yearn to have been raised in a nudist family and it was delightful to see such positive portrayal of nudism through the ages.ReagirResponder

Yes there is real nostalgia for those vintage nudist magazines - bring back memories of better times for nudism as a whole when it was more widely accepted.
