Yes I left bed n breakfast naked so i wouldn't have a problem re disrobing in public. From what Ive experienced, nude hikes , heard from others solo nude in public places will probably be ignored in most places but not all. Burlington and Rutland outlawed it. Its best to keep it to trails and sanctioned events. And at least as far as WNBR goes the organizer said stripping at start of ride/event is not a problem.
On vacation in St Martin yes ive worn a sarong wrap and nothing-else food shopping/running errands.going to bskery breakfast or lunch, haven't done dinner yet.
Someone on another board retired to a rural area in the Canary Islands and stopped wearing shorts and pants (and shirts for the most part). He found the area to be nude tolerant, including gas stations, some outdoor markets and outdoor sections of some cafes and taverns, A small sarong was enough for most other places. When he had to go into a larger town, he wore a kilt (and shirt). Last time he posted, he hadn't worn pants or shorts in over 2 years.
