Jun 6, 2020Fishers Island Sound, on the water about 3 weeks ago. Some of the days are chilly and a few have been spectacular. So far this has been an unusually windy spring, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Lots of good practice.

Been out on the sound also a few times so far. Just frigid compared to sailing in SW FL all winter. I miss the 80 degree water and air. Maybe see you around.

Jun 8, 2020Out on the Columbia River since Canada remains closed. So much for the Broughtons this year! Ah well, our local nude beach is a great place to anchor out for the summer.

Mar 5, 2024i had several sailboats back in the mid 80's to the early 90's and still get the itch to buy another but something small with a cuddy cabin like a Siren 17 , Compac 16 or a favorite West wight Potter 15 some easily towable .
