How can I change my picture?

I can't find a way to upload anymore pictures. The one I'm using now was taken in bad lighting so it...kinda sucks.

"Home" (Top menu bar)
"Pictures" (Side Menu Bar)
"Upload Pictures" (Side Menu Bar)
Once the picture is uploaded, you can immediately make it your profile, even before it's approved for general viewing (A flaw in the system many believe).
