I've only been able to do it at GNI - a nudist gathering. It gave me the same joy that being nude everywhere brings me. It feels so natural to be exercising nude - much like doing yoga seems crazy if you have to be clothed.

My question is, are there any nude gyms? i'd sure love to find one.

I would think an added pro if you're working out with heavy weights is that you are a little more careful so as to not hurt anything delicate.

After a good workout there is nothing clinging to my skin. Worse than swimming, that wetness is my own sweat. It takes a couple of towels, one to sit/lay on and one to dry off with. When outdoors running there is nothing to keep the moisture on me. It feels great.

Agree about the laundry but have not tried it ..... yet I figured it would be distracting.

Often do it only in shorts or swimmers, they don't take much washing. I'll have to try.
