There seems to be approaches, like "Hey anyone here in my area", which I think is very bland and poor. Seek and you shall find. This is about contacting communication. who would want to  respond to that kind of message?, I certainly would not want to. In most cases the one to have posed the question, wouldn't come face to face with anyone. So, " BIG DEAL "

It is a British expression meaning, unique, or only one of it's kind.

Or did you throw in an extra F

"One off" is also a common phrase in Canada.  It's funny how different English-speaking countries can have such different expressions that make complete sense in one country and none at all in another.

You're right, a little bit of work in the messages are never hurts to know us here.Yes I have noticed is that there is little interaction at the Forum among users, it will leaves everything to the chat?

Tienes razón, un poquito de trabajo en los mensajes nunca viene mal para conocernos por aquí.
Lo que sí he notado es que hay poca interacción en el foro entre los usuarios, ¿se deja todo para el chat?
It is a British expression meaning, unique, or only one of it's kind.
Was that hard to figure out.  We use the phrase on the west coast, too. I suppose we use it mostly to refer to theatrical or musical performances that don't tour but are still at the pro level.
