Apr 13, 2021Just started doing the Wim Hof method this winter! I started with the breathing exercises and cold showers. Now also skinny dipping sometimes in the local lake.
Are there more naturists here who are into the WHM?

Apr 21, 2021Interesting, I've heard of the Wim Hof method as well, and have only dabbled with the cold shower thus far. Thanks for reminding me about it.
