On the Rachael Ray show today they did a interview about the book "Look Better Naked".
While the author said she was not promoting nudity she was trying to get women more comfortable about being nude around home.
Did anybody else see this episode??
Sounds like a very subtle encouragement to nudity to me??

I think I may have got the book title slightly wrong, may have been "Looking Better Nude (or Naked)"

The author was encouraging women to sleep naked, and do house work in the nude amongst other items.

I guess what caught my attention out of the corner of my eye is really a book more on fitness and diet than nudism but maybe it will help some reluctant ladies over come some fears.
