There really is no point to it other than to consume server hard drive space, but games seldom need a point. At 1238 words at this moment, it has become unwieldy and ought to be restarted.

Just like the scrabble game - the point of it is fun. That's why it appears in the humor and fun section of the forum. And to break up the monotony of some of the repetitive threads that often appear on the home page.
