At a very young age, I lived with adults who were not ashamed of nudity and had good references to positive and healthy nudity. Especially my grandfather and my mother who was always a free spirit ahead of her time.

I had always been interested in being nude, and I would spend time nude alone, but I finally had the opportunity to visit a clothes optional club about 20 years ago. Being nude with others, playing volley ball, having lunch, and just talking all the time nude was to enter another level. I found the nudist lifestyle a great way to live.

My first time was about 25 years ago, when i left my parents house and discover nudity for me. Now, doing it all the time at home and in public when posdible. Im lucky to have found a wife that was able to convince het to try it out and who accepted it and love to do it too.
