Fictional books I've read about nudism.

There don't seem to be many fictional novels about nudism out there. If you have read any, please share with the rest of us.

RE:Fictional books I've read about nudism.

I have read several stories written by Martin Brandt.
He has several books in his "Nudist Series. Most I believe are available on Kindle. They are wonderfully written and portray our lifestyle very well. For those of you who like to read novels, you won't be disappointed!
"Stories for Nudists about Social Nudity" is a great read with several short stories and very entertaining. I hope to hear some comments and which ones were your favorites.

Here is a copy of the Kindle overview: "Stories for Nudists about Social Nudity"
Nudists come in many forms for countless people. For many nudity is simply a more comfortable way to live, much like it is for thousands of nudists who rarely wear clothes at home. Whether you are a nudist adventurer that finds many occasions to be clothes free, or a social nudist with like-minded friends and acquaintances, or a home nudist, you invariably know nonsexual nudity is a healthy, refreshing and enlightened way to live. Being nude is simply a way to enjoy being human.
This book is a collection of stories about people that become aware of social nudity by happenstance, told with various perspectives. Since we live in a society that has labeled nudity as indecent, most people either flat out reject this lifestyle, or face difficult inner struggles if they consider trying it. It is difficult getting past the stigmas, the misconceptions and the preconceived notions attached to the nudist community. Those who manage to do so soon learn it doesnt change their lives so much as put a delightfully liberating icing on the cake.
The stories in this collection were a labor of love, written from my own involvement in the nudist community. One thing I have learned is nudists dont want to change the world, they only wish it was more enlightened. They would like the world to see the human body for what it is: Mother Natures finest creation, something thats not lewd, immoral or shameful. Nudists prefer the nude human body not be sexualized or associated with pornography. They are delighted to see more and more people learning the joys of clothes free living.w.

RE:Fictional books I've read about nudism.

Hello everyone.
Can't believe I've gone so many months without updating anything on this Group, my apologies.
I last left off with the Ignition series I was reading. I finish reading the series, well what was already finished of it. I don't think the author has finished the last book. Little did I know when I started reading the series that there were five books.
They're all about 400 pages. Was quite a lot to read but the story is absolutely fascinating intriguing and enjoyable reading. I was disappointed to get to the last book to realize that he did not finish the story yet, I have not been able to contact the author to find out when he will be finishing the series. Even though I haven't read the Final Chapter then the story it's definitely worth the read.
It's a really interesting fictional story about young people and naturism and how they adapt to it.
The story takes place in a fictitious private school in Oregon where nudity is encouraged and naturism is a core belief. There are excellent nudism philosophies and truths throughout the book that make it very enjoyable to read.
Very clean very well written and he really puts you in a position where you can totally understand all the characters, and there are a lot of them. Kudos to the writer to be able to maintain so many characters in a story so you can understand all their personalities and how they contribute to the novel. a great read for anyone who's willing to slug through all the pages, I don't think you'll regret it though as a story is very entertaining and well written. When I find out more about the final story I will be sure to post it.
Would love to know if any of you have read any of his books yet.

The volunteer by DH Jonathan.
In between the ignition series books I decided to take a break and read another novel.
The story is about a girl named Dani. In order for her to maintain her scholarship she volunteers for a study to be naked at College 24/7.
The Story covers the plethora of emotions that she goes through during the project and how it has changed her in the end.
An excellent story, very good points made about nudism in naturism and how it's viewed in society.
There's a bit of sexuality involved but nothing that is untasteful, just natural. After all we are sexual beings.
If you're into naturist fiction, you will not be disappointed with the story. It was written very well. DJ Jonathan is an excellent author.
Hope you enjoy as I have.

Vacation in the Woods by Jay Savage.
I started to read this book but never finished it.
If you want to read a novel that has a new sex scene on every page I guess this is the novel for you.
I slugged through a chapter or two trying to give the story line a chance as the subject was interresting until I just couldn't take any more. It's no more than a smut novel.
This one is definitely NOT a recommended read!!!!

RE:Fictional books I've read about nudism.

I copy my post from the Nudist fiction group to this group, as this is the right place to be.

Naked In High Heels by Cressida Twitchett.
Rating 1 (with 5 best score)
It is a spy story from the 60s set in a Nudist Colony in France. Cassie Pulaski, a young British spy, is after a dangerous enemy of the West nicknamed the Fox.

I was prepared to read the book having in mind my fathers faded colored photos traveling for business across Europe in the 60s. Soon, I had to retune my imagination and view the book as a soft porn film where acting was not a requirement for the actors to take the job. Cassie Pulaski is the type of I dont know what I am doing person. Although the reader can eliminate the featured characters and identify who the Fox is, Cassie Pulaski still suspects every guest in the nudist resort, including the extras. Towards the end, a Deus ex Machina saves her life.

The last sentence is not a spoiler. I suppose that every spy gets in danger towards the end of story. The reference to the Deus Ex Machina is a negative comment, The story did not escalate to the dangerous incident. And the solution is equally random as the dangerous situation.

Nudism, softcore, lesbian sex, straight sex, I dont know what I am doing, but I am good at sex. Two poor moral lessons in the book: Proud men with a small penis shouldnt dare to appear nude in public and Nudists get laid easily. This isnt the worst book I have ever read. On the contrary, I entertained myself for 4 hours (I am a slow reader) with a big smile on my face.

Carry On Naked by Cressida Twitchett
Rating 2 (with 5 as best score)

Diane Goodwin becomes the owner of a small bed & breakfast lodge and campsite in New Forest, England, and converts it into a naturist camp with the help of her new friends.
Much better than the previous book I read (reviewed above) by the same author. All the characters of the book are well described and act accordingly. Many topics related to public nudity, acceptance and disturbance, nudist resorts facilities and recreation, are lightly developed. At some point, I got the impression that the characters are positioned on a chess board preparing for a final conflict between the campers and the opposing locals, but the conflict never took place.
Maybe this is the moral lesson of the book. You dont need drama in your life to move on and pursuit happiness. Also, there is no description of sexual activities; only comments here and there about the sexuality and the sensuality of the characters.
