RE:Tantra Nude YogaTantra is one of two streams of yoga diverged path over the role of the body. It is a sensual not necessary sexual expression of yoga. Unfortunately most of us westerners see the physical closeness, touching and deep breathing and jump immediately to sexual. My advice like with any other form or yoga to find a trained tantra yoga instructor because they would know how to create safe spaces for those just exploring like yourself.

RE:Tantra Nude YogaI took a class this past summer. It was a guys only class, but it was a nice experience. It is hard for people to enjoy the feeling of a simple touch. Yes, you touch some spots on your partner. Woman or a man it is touching to learn the energy flow through the body. Once you understand that, life is Good.

RE:Tantra Nude YogaThere is a Tantra massage class this spring. But you need to be a therapist. A 3 days of classes. The price is high but it is 3days.
