Yoga pose of the week Warrior II

Yoga pose of the week Warrior II Start at the top of you mat or towel and step back with one foot a full legs length distance. Bring your heel to the ground and make 90 degree angle with your foot and leg to start lining the outer edge of the foot up with the back of your mat or towel. Open your hips to the side of your mat/towel. Reach the arms forward and back about shoulder height then bend the front knee towards 90 degrees and breath. Warrior 2
