it really depends on where you are at and who you are with, along with who is around you.
I for one have gotten an erection while my wife has applied sunscreen to my body, especially my penis while laying on a secluded beach, with no one around it didn't matter. or when we take morning walks along a quiet shore-line and the morning wood appears, if it gets to noticable I just cool off in the water
