I lived when it was cool to burn the bra, hippie days, thought we had put the bra in its pl, trash . I miss those days, wasnt necessary to cover our bodies..

If I wasn't so damn big I would probably be braless all the time. As I do like not love to be free my boobs will hurt after a while just like when they are restricted.

But I agree why should we all be covered up

Every body is different, a number of women I have talked to about this said they had no issues, but others said they had to work at it slowly. Like weight lifting you don't just go and bench press 350 pounds, you have to work up to it slowly but frequently. Now I know you won't be adding weight but the support structure needs to be exercised and strengthened.
