Wondering if

I saw a tabloid mag in the checkout line the other day that said that one of the big celebrities (and I can't remember which one) was a long time naturalist. That got me thinking I wonder if it was true for one thingand if there are some that have openly said that they were. Have any of you heard or read if there are any or were in the past?

You may well have read the term 'naturalist' and possibly misinterpreted things. Rabbitnbunny have made the difference apparent to you. I think it is quite likely that in this instance the word 'naturalist' is correctly used and noticed by you as this would be a boost to the celebrities popularity ie being seen to be keen on all things in nature, the environment and of course the Eco friendly bit and save the planet idea. A celebrity linked to 'naturism, generally encourages intrigue and amusement for a short while only and is then forgotten.

If it was a tabloid they were reading, it probably was "naturist" he read....tabloids thrive on intrigue, amusement and sensationalism. Either that or the author of the piece ignorantly used the word naturalist instead of naturist. Celebrities that are "naturalists" wouldn't be "headline" or "cover" worthy in a tabloid.

Another actress who has "come out" is Laila Morse (maybe not known much outside the UK) but she is in one of our soap operas named Eastenders and is the sister of actor Gary Oldman

I think you have a valid point here Snugglebunny. My observation and commentwas based on the OP comment that he had read the word 'naturalist' - hence my response.

LOL...You saw naturalist, I saw tabloid!

the tabloid could have used the word naturalist. it's not like they are known for writing pulitzer caliber articles. articles in tabloids serve about the same purpose as articles in porn magazines, so people can claim they buy them for the articles.

Helen Mirrin. She said she loved doing the nude scenes in Calendar Girls. She enjoyed it so much that she didn't require a closed set for shoot. Recently she posed nude in a bathtub for a promo. There are some very exclusive clothing optional resorts that cater to the very wealthy. I saw the web site of one of them. It was in Palm Springs California. You have to book online and prepay before receiving the directions to the location. They sell privacy and they do everything to maintain it.
