Going out

Hi everyone, I've been practising home nudity for a few years now but I still don't go to public nudist places, I still don't think I'm ready. Any advice how to start? Is it better to go alone or take someone with me? Should I take my clothes right away and go for it or wait? Any suggestions are welcome
