Sunbathing in London

Hi all,

Curious if there are any places in London that one can sunbathe in the nude

Outdoors I only know of the nude area at hampstead men's bathing pond, but probably closed still as would be really hard to maintain distancing.

There's always the Naturist Foundation in the suburb of Orpington, although in theory it's not actually illegal in any public park.

A group of us, a few years ago, went and had a nude picnic on Hamstead Heath - mixed ages and genders. We chose a spot as hidden as possible so that we could not be seen to be flaunting ourselves, and no-one batted an eyelid. Dogs, families, couples walked past the paths at a distance noticed us, and moved. I suspect that would be less discreet in Clapham which is our local park.

I agree Naturist Foundation in the suburb of Orpington is a good place visited many time and stayed overnight in their fixed caravans around 35 per night. Or can do day visits for 15.

Nice people and beautiful arrange site.

There's an unofficial nude sunbathing area in Scratchwood Nature Reserve in Barnet, there is some cruising in the woods but I was there last week relaxing in the sunshine without any hassle.

If they are open (Covid), Rios Health Spa has a totally secluded, nude sunbathing area in their rear yard.
They also have a lot of other facilities and are reasonably priced. https://www.rios.co.uk/
