Bugs were biting last week

Went to Apollo Friday - not the best weather but okay; and since it threatened to rain, not too many on the beach. Just enough of us there to be enjoyable; certainly not on top of each other. So a good morning session of enjoying laying out naked on the beach with little fear of sunburn but plenty of naked enjoyment.

The bugs though! Hundreds of those little sand fleas or sand flies (name you poison). They got me good and now (Sunday) I'm covered in those itchy little welts. Gobbled down a couple 10mg Loratadine pills and smeared on some itch cream so it's better. Next time, I'm bringing more "Off" for precaution. Don't let my experience Friday scare away the first timers.
