Pecs and nipples are beautiful and welcoming on nude men. Do you ever greet a guy gay, bi, or straight with a firm and friendly tug or solid twist of their nips? How do they respond?

I've never greeting another man that way, but I have heard that our traditional handshake started when men would greet each other by touching the other man's genitals. Letting someone touch you in such a sensitive place was a sign of trust and friendship. I would be much in favor of bring back that tradition.
