Mine has slight curve upward and to the right. Up until a few years ago, mine would point up at a pretty steep angle and with a slight upward curve. As I get older, it is more straight out from my body but with a slight upward and right curve.

When I was 18 mine would hit my abs when fully hard. In my 50's not quite so vertical anymore. I guess it has to do with aging...or more years of use.

When did you realize you had pyronies disease? How do you treat it? I think I might have it because I've always has a mild curve to the left but it's become much more pronounced in the last year or so.
