Hey, Gang! The month of June FINALLY rolled around and the opportunity to do the ''Clothing Donation Bin" dare presented itself! In my case, two large St. Vincent de Paul Society clothing donation bins are located in the back parking area of our local shopping center. I had done an earlier daylight clothed recon run to sort out the parking situation around the bins and everything was good to go! Our autumn weather had turned cool and WET, which was both a help AND a hinderance! It was a HELP in that it discouraged late night traffic around the shopping center. It was a bit of a HINDERANCE in that it made getting naked, standing out in front of the bins, a little more "uncomfortable", temperature- wise.
On the night I did the dare, it had rained earlier in the evening and then stopped. The temperature was hovering around 12 degrees Celsius. I had been planning and looking forward to this event for a while, so I got out, and put on, my "special" gear: an old pair of joggers, socks, a pair of old stretch brief underwear, old sweat pants, a t-shirt and, last but not least, an old hoodie that had outlived its usefulness.
At 2 in the morning, I drove to the shopping center (approximately a mile from my home) and sat in my car for a while to see if there was any traffic out-and-about. There was none. Leaving the engine running and the heater on, I got out of my car and went to stand by the donation bin. Then, item by item, I started getting naked and putting my clothes in the bin. First, my shoes and socks. Then the old hoodie, followed by the t-shirt. Then the sweat pants...and finally, the briefs.
I don't know if it was the ADRENELINE rush from being totally naked in a wide-open parking lot...but for whatever reason, I was NOT feeling the cold so I took a short stroll around the lot and took my time getting back in my car and driving back home. Since I no longer had any clothes, I had to get out of my car in my driveway and walk up to my front door...totally naked. At THAT hour, there was no one up to see me...but I LOVED IT, anyway!
My ONLY regret of the entire evening was that I was unable, due to unforeseen circumstances, to chronicle the event in photos, like I had wanted! I will DEFINITELY have to do the dare AGAIN and get photos next time!
Yes, with security cameras being so ubiquitous too. A donation bin may likely be under camera surveillance. It makes this tricky but still doable. Just thoroughly check out the area for cameras.
I'm inclined to try this myself..

Get a friend in the security suveillance department and you will be able to ge video evidence for the gallery. LOL
Duke, I agree that surveillance and/or security cameras are almost everywhere these days! I would encourage anyone doing a dare in a public setting to do a VERY thorough recon, looking for cameras that might catch you in the doing of your naughty deed! LOL.
In my particular case, the charity donation bin I used is located at the back edge of a shopping center parking lot. I DID check the near-by surrounding light poles to see that there were no cameras attached to THEM. There were none. And so, I felt pretty SAFE from scrutiny by security cameras.
The camera I would LIKE to "see me" getting naked in front of the charity bin is...my own! The next time I do this dare ( and YES, there WILL be a repeat performance!) I hope to be able to record the event, for posting HERE, with my DSLR.
