I want to get certified but don't know what file type to use. I keep getting a message... Wrong file type, Use a different picture. Picture was Jpeg and I changed to word, adobbe, always getting the same message. HELP... Diceman

There's an easy way to make tif, jpeg, etc. files jpg. You can download a small freeware program called Irfan - Google that. Open the file you want to rename and click "save as." Change it.
