Duplicate groups

I understand that whoever's in charge here wants to avoid having several groups on the same thing. That strikes me as a good idea. It's not that I'd want to be a stickler for the rules (nudism means different things to different people). But where some topic does interest me, I'd like to join the group(s). I'm already in more groups than I can keep track of (the only way to know if anything is going on in a group here is to visit it individually). So I'd rather not be joining two--or three or four--about the same thing.
So here's a run-down from my own list:
Nude in my profile https://www.truenudists.com/group/3156/ and Nude in Profile Pic https://www.truenudists.com/group/970/ and Dare to be Bare in your Profile https://www.truenudists.com/group/3669/
The Over Fifty Crowd https://www.truenudists.com/group/3135/ and Naked Ol' Pharts Over 50 https://www.truenudists.com/group/7/ (probably the first group I joined here, and the URL makes me wonder if it's one of the oldest groups here).
Naked Outside In Public https://www.truenudists.com/group/2468/ and Nudiest (sic!) Who Love Being Naked in Public https://www.truenudists.com/group/1120/
Models Nudists (with a very strange description) https://www.truenudists.com/group/1533/ and Nude Art Figure Models https://www.truenudists.com/group/1500/ and Art Model Nudists https://www.truenudists.com/group/737/ and Nude Modeling https://www.truenudists.com/group/521/
I think that covers it.

RE: Duplicate groups

Please nobody misunderstand. I have nothing against ANY of these groups; I'm in all of them. But a little weeding of redundancy might just make things a little easier.

Am I allowed to bump my own? I was sort of hoping it would come to somebody's attention.

RE: Duplicate groups

It sounds to me as though this site would benefit by running a Database Managemnet System therefore doing away with redundancy. I am just not sure if that would be feasible for an online site. It would be something to look into. Maybe I'll ask my professor if a DBMS can be implemented on a website such as this. Would be interesting to see what his input would be.
