How to engage with the community
The first step to engage with the community is to find out what issues there are and then address the issues. What are some of the issues?
Safety - So many people do not feel safe here. There used to be so much more engagement between couples profiles and women's profiles. Between all the fakes and the super thirsty male profiles it does not feel like people can engage safely. This kills engagement in chat, in forums, between people.
Moderators - Some make up rules that just do not exist. Some will ban with little to no warning. Some are hypocritical in how they interact with others in chat. Some will send nasty messages showing they really do not have the mentality to moderate people.
Technical - Cameras have been up and down for weeks now. I have my suspicions as to why. Some might tell me it's not right to speculate so I won't do that here. Mostly because a lot of people are speculating and are upset that they cannot expose themselves... (see safety issues).
Transparency - There is none. There are no forum posts about what is going on with this site. There are no roadmaps to restoration. There is zero communication at all. Communities live and die on communication.
The fact that the Teamtrue team does not want to engage, the fact they are so willing to delete dissent rather than engage with it shows they don't care about the community. If you need help with that communication then ask for it. If you need better moderators then look for them. I am very skeptical they will. I am sure they will just delete this post. This one I am going to keep reposting until they actually do something about the issues or ban me outright.
How not to build and engage with the community: keep doing what you are doing Teamtrue.
When I am gone feel free to copy and paste this into the forums until change happens!

I can't say for sure because I rarely enter chat, but it appears every time there are no active cams, there are also no mods online. I suspect that's the correlation. If no mod, no camming.
